My name is Michael Wieden, and I have been involved in chreonobiology since 2002.
BEND THE WORK AROUND THE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORK. THEREIN LIES THE (R)EVOLUTION OF THE 21ST CENTURY WORLD OF WORK.
“Only those who do not understand the wholeness of the human being try to generate performance with means that do not correspond to the human being.”

Chronobiology – What drives me
I am a late type, an extremely late type. Since 2002 I have been working on the subject of “chronobiology” and in particular “chronobiology in personnel management“. Chronobiology is the science of the genetically determined internal clock. So it’s about owls and larks, but also about the effects of the fact that over 70% have to get up with the alarm clock and thus work against their internal clock. On the other hand, it is about demonstrating the potential that lies in integrating this inner clock of employees more into personnel management.
I am a fervent advocate of the philosophy that it benefits everyone involved if we bend work more around people rather than people around work. In an increasingly digital world, it would be fatal to lose sight of human nature. It is already clear that young digital natives are increasingly concerned with health (nutrition, fitness, etc.). The more digital we become, the more interested we are in ourselves as people. Every movement creates a counter-movement … this is a law of nature.
My approach
I see people as a whole. Based on Maslow’s pyramid of needs, the basic physiological needs of air, food and sleep form the indispensable basis for our lives. This means that all measures that affect the levels above only make sense if these elementary needs can be satisfied in the best possible way first. Here, “best possible” is primarily to be understood as “supporting the nature of our body in the best possible way”.
For this reason, my interest goes beyond chronobiology and includes other basic health topics. With our company aliamos GmbH, we focus on these basic physiological needs in the context of occupational health management and recruiting:
- Chronobiology in human resource management
- Healthy diet
- Personality development
To this end, we hold lectures, workshops and conceptualize and accompany change projects in the field of chronobiology and plant-based nutrition. Our projects have already been reported on in formats such as TerraX, Planet Wissen, W wie Wissen, Quer, ARTE, BR etc., as well as on Stern, Eltern Family and in international media.
Our goal for your company
- Less absenteeism
- Increase in performance
- Increase in employee satisfaction
- Eliminating the shortage of skilled workers and trainees (attractive employer)
With our company, we support decision-makers who have understood this and no longer want to go the way of the majority of competitors. Decision-makers who want to establish themselves and their employees as a unique selling point in order to remain inimitable for life.
Satisfied people in a humane working environment
I am happy to support decision-makers who have understood this and no longer want to go down the same path as the majority of their competitors. Decision-makers who want to establish themselves and their employees as a unique selling point in order to remain inimitable for life.
As you can see, my goal is actually very simple.
